Me, Claudia and Daniel
decided to go to a protest
in Plaza Universidad
against gender discrimination, sexism,
and predjudice.

It took us like 2 hours
to decide what to wear,
make up, and accessories.

People stared at us,
smiled and waved,
perhaps thinking we were
a performance group.
we walked there
making some sort of
weird fashion statement.
while giving candies to the children
we encountered on the street.

when we got
to Plaza Universidad.
there was no one there !!

The gender equality protest
was on the next day ...!
=)

My intention was to transport
everyone back to the moment
in time, where this efemeral
form of art took place.

Since this is my first video attempt
I'm really not sure about the soundtrack

Lost Boys...

when I was little, around six.
I remember one day going into my parents bedroom
and trying some of my mothers high heel pumps
then I started
putting on her earings
her necklaces
her perfume
and her make up...
(I look like the mix between a tranny and a hooker...
but I felt like a princess =))

I got out of the bedroom
and went to the kitchen
where she was
and said:

"Hey mommy look at me!"

her eyes opened wide
her face went pale.
she took me to the living room
sat me up on her lap and asked me:

"Luis Pedro,
would you prefer to be
a boy or a girl?"

I replied

"Why?
Do I have to decide now ?!!!!"



This is a tribute to her excelent guidence
and acceptance.

Fresh fruits

this was a weird afternoon.

I feel away from my perspective, as if the creative juices were being replenished, and that is positivly extatic!

for example, in a burst of sponteneiaty , my roommate and a friend decided to go for those lost moments in pictures. so we are creating a mutable caracter to be in a new round of photography experiment.
and let me just tell you, I think its going to come out fierce!
